Pepsi 400 Numbers

Tony Stewart gets his 2nd win of the season after a dominating performance at the Pepsi 400 at Daytona this past weekend by leading 86 of the 160 laps over Boris Saids 9 laps. Smoke has proven he’s a force at the restrictor plate tracks. Said had his first top five finish of the year after sitting on the pole for the race. Great call by his crew chief Frank Stoddard to stay out on the track

Jeff Gordon drops out of the Top 10 to 12th in the pts after getting caught up in a accident on lap 148. Seven laps later his teammate Jimmy Johnson was involved in a multi car crash and would finish 32. Johnson points lead over 2nd place Matt Kenseth is now only 8 points. ROY candidate Denny Hamlin moves from 11th place into the Top 10 with a 17th place finish.
